Anker Portable Charger
I have left my portable charger at home before and that was the biggest mistake I’ve made, besides forgetting to charge it! This is necessary especially if you’re like me and take pictures of everything on your phone. I like to stay connected and use my maps in strange places, so eventually my battery runs low! Don’t get stranded with a dead phone.
Travelmate Memory Foam Neck Pillow
I travel with my memory foam neck pillow wherever I go! It is especially needed for long-haul flights. Stay comfortable on the plane and get great sleep if you’re flying overnight.
Western Medicine
Don’t travel without these! It will likely be difficult to find what you are used to using once you get to your new destination. Pack it ahead of time and be prepared for anything!
- Benadryl (just incase!)
- Melatonin (I cannot live without)
- Advil (for the aches and pains)
- Zyrtec (for the inevitable sinus infections)
The North Face Women’s Borealis Backpack
Most people have their preference on travel backpacks. I am not a huge backpacker so I use mine to keep my laptop safe and for hiking. It is not too large, but also spacious! I love my North Face Backpack and take it everywhere with me!
Carry-On Suitcase
Most airlines allow a carry-on suitcase for free. If this is the case, take advantage of it! If you’re like me, you overpack and any extra baggage you can bring for free is the best! I don’t have a particular carry-on I prefer, but when it comes to suitcases, I use a hardside with spinner wheels.
Comfy Nike Sneakers
A good and comfortable of sneakers is very essential for most types of travel! Bring a pair just in case you end up doing physical activities like hiking or working out! I wear the Nike Revolutions.
Extra SD Card
Don’t get stuck in a bind and pack an extra SD card in advance! Many times buying one in a foreign country last minute could cost an arm and a leg so be prepared. I also shoot in RAW which takes up more GBs than normal so I take my 32GB San Disk with me.
Travel Adapter
Buying one that is compatible in multiple countries is the best option! Beware that outlets are not the same everywhere you go. If you are traveling internationally, this is ESSENTIAL!
